And I'm here in California, on the Central Valley, where rain has barely just arrived, (we're suffering from drought; it's been 2 months since our last rain...). However, I'm glad to be here, where cold weather isn't all that extreme, considering the lowest temperature for this week is 34 degrees Fahrenheit... (also, we have just recently been allowed to wear shorts again in school! ) By the way, it's really hot here during the mid-afternoons. It's not something I look forward to (because I have P.E. for fourth period; it gets REALLY HOT), but then again, I think I should be thankful that I'm not suffering from hypothermia in the southern US.
