Well, I'd have to say that I choose Jessie and James (And Meowth!) of Team Rocket, and, although I haven't seen most of the series, Monroe from Revolution (For purely ironic purposes), Boris and Natasha from Rocky and Bullwinkle, uh... all the murderers on Columbo and Remington Steele, and the jerk supply nurse who showed up in Emergency!...
