In no particular order... Riku, Mithos Yggdrasil, Vashtor, Dagoth Ur, and Jack of Blades (circa Lost Chapter).

That's Kingdom Hearts, Tales of Symphonia, Record of Agarest War, Morrowind, and Fable, respectively.

Also, Gandohar of Two Worlds deserves an honorable mention for being a comically terrible character.
