Hello Rokkr, I'd like to make a forum ban appeal for my forum account to be unbanned or stay unbanned. I want to do this because if this is successful, then I might make a future in game appeal for my permanent ban. Is this negatiable?

I just want to update this thread so you have as much info as possible. Seeing as how the situation with Chooz is resolved and he is now unbanned. I am wondering how I can get a hold of Intelli to discuss the nature of my original ban. I have written a detailed appeal, and it is in your support email databases. So if either Rokkr or Intelli needs to refer to my statement it is mostly all there. If possible, I want to share all the info with you guys privately via support, and only use a public thread as a last resort to discuss. Thanks!

Dude.... first you evaded your permanent ban, then you proceeded to do the EXACT same thing again that you did in the first place that got you perm banned. I think it's time to just let go.

First off, I am not trying to evade my forum ban this time. I am officially making an appeal for my forum ban in the hopes of possibly making a further and separate in game appeal.

Secondly, can I please ask that people do not derail this thread? No one can make the final decision on my ban status except rokkr and intelli anyways (possibly other mods as well). It is just really annoying to see irrelevant posts when I check this thread, and I won't be bumping this thread at least until it falls onto the last half of the 2nd page.

Thirdly, Rokkr said to me on the day he banned me in game that I should take this up with intelli as he is the only one to make a decision, which is what I am hoping to achieve here. That is to initiate a discussion with intelli about the details leading up to everything.

Fourthly, I have waited until chooz appeal has gone through before making this appeal of my own because I would imagine once things are resolved there, I can attempt to at least talk about the situation with intelli.

Fifthly, I have provided a couple paragraphs of information on how I think this all started and my proposal to be allowed to play on the server by myself and expand on realms and stuff.

Rokkr, I know you are probably busy, but if you see this post, can you give me an approx time in which I can discuss this with intelli (does not mean an unban, just discussion) please? Or if intelli, sees this, hopefully you can look at my email appeal to support and discuss accordingly.

I do, however, wish to have a say in giving my opinion on how this all started. I wish to do this privately with intelli or rokkr if possible, by enabling PMs with admin only or support email.

You are correct in saying that the staff members make the final decision; however, staff also consider points and arguments brought up by other players as well.

You have created several forum accounts, all of which have been forum banned. Not only that, but you were also informed to appeal your forum ban through support.minerealm.com. You even proceed to drift away from your forum ban appeal to make a comment on separate person's appeal with your current forum account. This can be seen as forum ban evasion.

In addition, you speak of "derailing" threads; however, in Chooz's appeal, your very last post includes something that completely changes the topic of Chooz's appeal. Providing relevant analysis on the current situation at hand does not fall under the definition of "derailment." It might fall under your incorrect view of "derailing," but last I checked, as long as it pertains to the addressed topic, it is not "derailing."

Also, you have been told in ALL of your past ingame-ban appeals that you will not be unbanned. That decision was set in stone and determined to never change no matter how much change you have been through. Don't believe me? Read your past appeals.

As for waiting for Intelli to make the decision, it may take months. Ban appeals are not specifically Intelli's main job; therefore, it is not expected for him to address them.

I think this is relevant information to this appeal- KushTX is the alt of Pro_Johnny, who, in another similar situation when he was permanently banned, made many many ban appeals, until ultimately he was permanently forum banned as well. He was banned for harassing Chooz, which is the same reason he got banned again after evading his ban on this KushTX recently (spamming/harassing Chooz once again).

Why do people keep insisting on posting on my thread? None of this info matters because only Rokkr knows what truly is going on. I had a conversation with him prior to him banning me. I am just waiting on Intellis response. I have never made a forum appeal about a forum account. According to my understanding, support only refered to my in game appeal, not forum ban. I remember this is what Rokkr told me.

Please stay off my thread if you are not admin or staff. When Chooz made his appeal, no one even touched his thread, yet I get spammed by useless and not helpful posts in my forum appeal thread. :/

I just want a faster way of communicating with the staff I guess by posting here.

Plus, I saw another guy post a forum ban appeal here too. Sneaker? Technically, he'd be ban evading too. But it's just a step by step process right now I guess. So if his forum ban appeal is legal, then why shouldn't mine be allowed too?

No, you are misunderstanding what I just said. Sneaker has not been straying off of his forum ban appeal, whereas you have.

I believe this is a post that, according to your definitions, would be "useless and not helpful," and we all very well know that you know what a "useless and not helpful" post is.
This post is not even in your own forum ban appeal, so we can say that you have been posting "useless and not helpful" posts outside of your forum ban appeal's limits.

Furthermore, a good majority of the situation at hand has been revealed to the public, so it isn't very hard for people to assess the situation and derive what really occurred, so the community probably knows as much as Rokkr does, as well as the most likely outcome if you post an ingame-ban appeal.

not only contained vulgar language, but it was also a forum ban evasion since that reply was posted before this appeal was.

Edit: Even if the ban appeal was resolved, that should give you EVEN MORE reason NOT to post more things in it. ESPECIALLY with something that didn't directly relate to Chooz's ban.

First, I posted in the other thread because it is resolved. Secondly, both these situations are correlated, as in to defuse / understand my ban reason circumstances, staff would need to know of Chooz ban reasons as well. More is explained in my email to support 3 or 4 weeks ago.

Now, let's end forum user discussion here. Let me wait patiently for Rokkr or Intellis response pls for a discussion.

Look there is nothing you can do on the forums, the only way you can speak with Intelli is through the email, if he doesn't answer right away there's nothing you can do but wait.

Making forum alts is just going to make matters worse, you are avoiding a ban and have been for quite some time for a serious issue. If I recall a particular quote from you was as follows

"There's really no screenshots that can prove any of this except my word and possibly his."

So I don't wish to hear your side we've been through this, I have all the logs I've read through all the chats on your accounts and it may have went both ways but it seemed you were the antagonist and yet it continued so thus you were permabanned. Then chooz, I am guessing, decided you must have changed when you got your alt and helped you evade for so long. But eventually it came up again, then somehow was swept away not sure how then it was awhile again before this final time came back up.

So in short, there is no appeal on the forums, it all has to be through [email protected] you can state your case directly to Intelli there and that's it. Once a permaban is in place in generally follows to the forums as well, but from the actions posted on pro_johnny were more than sufficient for a perma-forum ban anyway.

This account is now banned as well, and all future ones will be immediately banned and threads locked/removed. Try your luck through the email but I don't think it will be lifted.
