he is calling people noobs when ive been on this server for a while. so he is pretty much bullying people which should not be tolerated because that can break people's confidence and self esteem and can lead them to suicide.

Well, there is such a thing as cyberbullying, and anyone who says that it only affects weak people is an idiot. This particular instance isn't really bullying, just playful teasing, but the noob who posted the request may not have known that and could have been genuinely trying to prevent harassment.

The funniest thing is that people keep trying to use laws and constitutional rights that would be invalid anyway (remember the free speech debate?) when Intelli is in Canada, making the whole thing invalid.

Plus, I had a discussion with Rokkr myself earlier, hoping this will be resolved sooner rather than later.
