Actually, if you managed to get villagers with very good trades, and perhaps set up an auto farm or two there to supply what is needed for the trades, that realm's value might be worth it.

Well there's this one Priest with like enchanted Dia Sword, Dia Pickaxe, and a Dia Chestplate and its all enchanted which is amazing

cobble alone is horrible but zombie spawner there are so many that there is no worth in it tbh. if you want credits that bad just sell the realm back for original price + tax because lets be honest if it was that great of a deal u would be silly to even sell it.
