Like I have realms that are wanted so badly that someone needs to make a request. I own realms, nothing on them, as I gave most of my stuff away. Anything else I have either is no use to me, or I didn't know I had it.

That's the point! There isn't anything valuable on your realms and they are not spawn realms! However if there were valuables on them or they were spawn realms Im sure someone would make a disband request for those realms too.

Actually the point is they are permabanned.
This should apply to any player permanently banned, they can't play here any more and really need to let go....

For what? So people could senslessly argue on who gets the realm and it would be a full on race to the realms. This would only cause argument. Plus your argument on the 'people who actually play on this server' has a simple solution. You can simply just hop into the teleporter and find a public realm and purchase it. Even if we have more of a right, I belive we should leave as is for the better.

If I remember correctly, I think that guild members have the right to own their fallen guild member(s) realms if they are disbanded. Don't quote me on that though.

No you are exactly right. If anything someone with perms could do a transfer request and if magical_monkey8 confirms it then it probably would get accepted under special circumstances!

This is from a while back. Further than the thread saying that realm members were more privileged to owning the realm then it disbanding and someone random getting it. If I was to guess it would be in Syntax's ban request for people camping Rip_Voids realm. Also note that Intelli points out in your piece of evidence that rules change over time, he uses this to counteract the transferring of a realm he did for Rokkr. The thing is no one ever tries to do realm transfers, but just another situation that occurred not to long ago where Rokkr transferred OneManWolfpacs funds to Roach. Staff are reasonable, I am sure if Magicals guild made a well thought out transfer request giving good reasons it would get accepted.

I agree with this. There are many people who are looking to buy spawn realms but cant because there are people who are perm ban who will NEVER play on here again who keep cheating the system. I think if it is so important for members of a guild to control those realms just camp them on the day they disband. If they still have contact with them just tell them to log on at a certain time and then you wait 30 days and buy the realm. My guild has been trying to get a realm near spawn for awhile so we can make a creation for our guild that everyone can see from spawn.

Then why dont the members who have perms put up a wall around the realm so no one can step on the realm so then it can be purchased and if someone breaks the wall and buys the realm before the memebers can will get banned for griefing. Because something was built there and they took it down before purchaseing

Uh, what? I can just as easily build a single block column next to the wall, hop on top of the wall and purchase the realm without griefing.
