sorry for spamming, I was just very mad that smd killed me and took my sword. Next time, I wont turn my pvp on when he's around.

I buy diamond armor and tools and sell 8 minute invisibility potions. Also i sell lvl 30 enchanted pickaxes. I also live in California in real life, and in Emerald city in minerealm:)

Lightning I get you were fustrated but that's no need to spam chat. And to note you said it 8 times not 3 that screenshot was just partial to show your brother that you were spamming.

As far as the snowball incident, technically what you did was harassing though you never recieved a warning from staff prior to ban but I will make this clear,

"Q: If a player is throwing snow balls or hitting me with a fishing rod and I ask them to stop and they refuse what can I do?
A: Contact a staff member, they will be warned if they continue they can/will be banned for harassment."

Which is stated in the Official Rules, so whether pvp is on or off doesn't matter. If asked to stop you stop.

That said you will be unbanned Friday October 4, 2013.
