There aren't that many appeals that are specifically rejected short of a permaban, but when someone freely admits to trying to become OP for the sole purpose of easy griefing (only after his lie has been exposed, of course) after trying to distribute a hacked client, I find it to be quite appropriate.

Looking at the past few ban appeals it's kind of annoying that people STILL do +1 posts without any kind of input into the appeal. That is what the polls are for!

People are also still getting forum banned for that and repeat offenders get longer bans each time.

With that said, there is no need to post another comment telling them not to do it, staff is dealing with it.

I think this should be posted somewhere on the forums for everyone to see. "REGARDING BAN APPEALS, THERE IS NO NEED TO POST ANOTHER COMMENT TELLING PEOPLE THEIR '+1' COMMENT IS POINTLESS, STAFF IS DEALING WITH IT."
