You kept telling him to leave then question why he put himself in a hole to watch the fight? I'm sure he did that simply so he didn't get involved. There's no rule a player can't follow you(it could be classified as harassment but you should of contacted staff for this), even still you have no rights to break the rules by lavaing him/illegal pvp for no reason. You weren't on a realm you owned, he wasn't obstructing what you were doing, you even admitted straight out to lavaing him

Please explain on how he's lying about watching? I'd love to hear it.

Either way if he said "make me" or not that still gives you no right to break the rules. That would be like me telling Intelli "get me diamonds", then he goes off and "xrays" and blames me for it(Well Rokkr told me to get him diamonds so I thought breaking the rules is fine). He didn't break the rules you did by illegal pvping him for no reason other than because he said "make me" which isn't a viable excuse.

So.. that gives you the right to go over and dump lava on him if he was hiding?

You do know there's this nifty key called F5 that let's you see in third person he could have been watching that way. So yes he can see, not through the blocks but around them.

Also note: "I saw him sneak into a hole," if you could see him he could see you. If he was in a place he couldn't see, then you say you saw him sneak into the hole that's a bit redundant.

Even still so many other facts can come into play, how do I not know you guys were fighting within eye distance of said hole. For all I know you were standing in front of him.

Irregardless none of this has to do with why you were banned, you illegally killed him plain and simple. You can argue that all you want but it's not helping you at all.
