which includes
2 storage realms and all their contents at 30k per realm
37 realms mostly flattened 15k per realm
38 of the realms are located here http://map.minerealm.com/map/#/-773/64/-567/-3/0/0
which as you can see is not too far from spawn so would make an ideal place for a player shop, also has very easy access through nether. 25 of the realms have had a wall built around them which is not quite complete.
