Idea:
Enable forum user/guild tagging via typing @<ign> or @<guildname>. Forum users that have not verified their IGN cannot do this. On screen there will be a notification area where you can click on and it will give you a list of all the posts where you have been tagged.
Extra Details:
-An email will be sent out per notification. This can be disabled in the UCP.
-You can tag players and they will be clickable. You click on this and you will be taken to their profile.
-You can tag guilds and when clicked it will take the user to an info page or website determined my the guild leader(s)
^ I thought guilds 2.0 implemented a guild page feature.
-Any misuse of the tagging feature will result in not being able to tag/a forum ban for 24hrs.
What this will look like:
Players: @DragonSlayer155
Guilds: @WOG
Possible Features:
-Disable tagging for your account.
-Disable tagging for your ign.
-Disable clicking on guilds (Guild Leaders)
-Link topic reply notifications. (The emails you get when you click 'subscribe topic')
Other things:
Up at the top, I did this. That takes a while to type. The @<name> feature is so much quicker, and you get notified.
