We don't delete threads so that is also invalid.

It's simple people need to think their suggestions/ideas through more thoroughly.

For example you cannot make a suggestion if -

It doesn't require staff involvement.
Can't propose direct involvement of specific players without their consent.

Ect. So some of the suggestions do pose a bit of idiocy, not all but some. I see no problems with this rule being implemented. It will make people have to think things through before posting and making sure it would be a valid idea and not just some random nonsense.

This wouldn't even affect players who are making good, legitimate suggestions. I don't think I've ever seen a player come up with multiple well thought out ideas at once. So I don't see why not. +1

That's like telling rokkr that "If he doesn't want to read nub posts, he shouldn't look at the ban appeals!" It's quite clearly his job to do so. Intelli needs to be looking at suggestions, he's the one that makes them come to life. And otherwise, if he were to merely delete the threads, people would start complaining about their ideas not being heard and claim they were just ignored. Your arguments make you look like a monkey with a keyboard, let alone your suggestions.
Unfortunately, we all have to read idiotic posts on these forums. Because some people post them in every forum, even every thread.
+1 from me I'm all for cutting down the level of unnecessary posts on the forums.

or even think it are very hypocritical. I could return the statement by saying "if you don't want to have these reasonable suggestions made in order to curb the idiocy slightly, you shouldn't have made that stupid suggestion."

Intelli is trying to eliminate this at the source, fixing the leak instead of putting 3 buckets underneath and hoping that the leak will magically stop.

I think some people who abuse the suggestions/make ones only for their own benefit should be forum banned at least for one month.

+1, Its ok to be silly sometimes on the forums, but people are posting random stuff and suggestions like twice a day, so I feel like this will help forum cluttering and Intelli and staff will have less work on the forums and more time helping our server grow.
