I was wandering around and I saw this:
(the second pic is better)

That doesn't look normal, and I don't think it is man-mined...

(btw, is there any way to scale a pic in the forums? EDIT: I embedded the thumbnails from imgur)

You can post thumbnails, which is what I prefer.
