About Yourself:
I am a PSW which is just another fancy name for nurses aid, the person the nurse bosses around . I work in a nursing home on an alzheimers floor. I do not have specified training to work with the disabled but I plan on it in the future.
I am rather shy but when you get to know me I am a super chatter box. I try to be really polite, but sometimes I am a little too truthful, I do apologize though if I offend.
I have a baby boy who is the cutest kid in the whole world ( biased mother speak) he is almost three now, and I cannot help but to spoil him though he does not currently live with me.

Qualifications:
I am no expert on IT, and I do not have much experience with staffing positions on any server in minecraft ( I am a staff on one server, but I do not have much experience)
I do however have years of experience in other MMO`s such as world of warcraft, and Age of Conan. In these games I have been a guild master or a leading officer of several guilds including one of my own, and have has almost every type of situation thrown at me to try to handle.
As a PSW I have been trained in gentle persuasion techniques to try to calm people down when they are angry, and frequently solve disputes between residents.



Why you deserve this position:
I do not think that I deserve this position as it is more of an honor, for the community to think I have enough patience, qualifications, and trust to become a member of a team that can further help the community.

Availability
Since I am a casual employee/temp part time ( taking over for someone on pregnancy leave) for the temp job for the next couple of months I will be able to be on in the afternoons around 1pm EST until dinner time which varies depending on when every one is home together, it usually is around 8pm Est.
On days I am off I am available around 9am est taking a few breaks for food and housework until 10 or 11 pm est.


Anything else you wish to add
I do like to help new members out if they obey the rules, I make sure they understand what each rule means, since so many new people seem to miss the signs or not know what some of th definitions mean, I tend to spoil the new members who actually do a good job obeying the rules and give them a place to live, some food and some help , and where we all get annoyed at the spammers and griefers I still try to help people out as long as they arent breaking any rules.

I frequently go around and look for grief, so I can report it to the other staff members , who sometimes say my lists are long, but I enjoy fixing peoples builds if I find one griefed or getting it fixed. I have bought several realms to preserve and rebuild as well.

Darth is a very helpful person and a very good friend. You can see her always helping in chat and stuff like that. She actually took some nubs to her place to teach them about Minecraft and MineRealm. She is very smart and awesome, and will always help when she can. She always asks staff about builds before changing them or claiming them. She actually likes to preserve other builds like the Grand Cathedral and a castle her friend owned and Dead Sun Kingdom (An abandoned structure which I am helping with too). That's why I think she deserves this position.
