Is it just me or today and yesterday my iron farm has been running very slow :/ has this happened to anyone else?

Server has been at 7-15 TPS / 20 a lot lately, which a lot of people are using to their advantage too.

Lol. This is a big disadvantage, except it is good when mob hunting because mobs move extremely slow.

Splash potions during pvp and to avoid attacks whilst dealing damage. Mobs being very slow such as zombies, avoiding traps etc. I agree it's more disadvantageous, but it has its exploits.

I lost half my villies without even reaching the realm mob limit to de-spawning.
Strangely enough it was only the trained villies held in 1x1 cubicles.
Maybe the server is dying from nubdom, or 1.6 killed it.

Intelli has set the villager limit to 40 per realm.

What! Some kind of notification would have been nice so I didn't loose all that work!
