Although he's being a bit annoying, he hasn't yet done anything bannable. I'm going to have to say no to this one for now.

I agree with cob, his immature spelling and grammar is letting him get away with this trolling.

Although my little brother can be annoying, I don't feel like this deserves a forum ban. I feel like you posted this because you dislike him strongly but not really because he needs a ban. Though he has posted some dumb things on the forums it is only because the forums are new to him and he doesn't understand exactly how everything works.

Edit: I also looked at all the current auctions and he hasn't even posted, could you provide links to one or two of the auctions you think he was trolling?

If you feel that one post he made in your thread for which he apologised afterwords is enough for a forum ban, a lot more people, including yourself, should have been forum banned a long time ago.

Unless you can find more inappropriate behaviour by him on the forums I don't see why this request should be accepted.
