There's a person claiming to be the voices of the Friendship is Witchcraft female voices at Fiesta Equestria, and that Jenny (one half of Sherclop Pones, writer for FiW, pretty much every female voice in FiW) has been taking credit for it the whole time. Also, she's done a panel for it at Fiesta Equestria. Griffin, the other maker of FiW, says:

I believe it's a convention only variant special with a limited run at one of the Marvel conventions. Since's it's commercial I guess they're doing a style that gives the impression without infringing the MLP trademark.
