Ok, so I honestly have no clue what's going on here.

I have just got back into Minerealm and I have been as law abiding as I can possibly be. How stupid could I possibly be to go and hack/xray/whatever. I have so much to do on MineRealm and that is honestly the last thing I could think of doing.

In the past 2 weeks since my return, I have yet to go mining. I explored the nether for a an hour or two and I was lucky enough to find a stack of quartz. Could this have triggered some kind of X-ray script? That was at least 3 days ago however... This is honestly the only event I can bring to mind that could lead to banishment, but I assure you that there was no hacking or modding involved, merely blind luck. I was not aware that Quartz was so rare if this is the reasoning behind the banishment.

I am sorry for anything that has happened, and if people think this luck unfair I will pay back to the community what has been done.

I dont mean to be brash, but I simply could not afford myself the risk of x-ray or hacking; I have too much to lose on MineRealm. Sub Aurora, Abyssus, everything. One would have to be foolish to throw that away.

EDIT: Ok, so I think a more possible reason is looting. In the past few days I have been dedicated to searching the surrounding area for towns and the likes. I've come across many chests and I have opened them, as the realms have been public. I can assure everybody that NOTHING was stolen, and that all of the items from chests in 'Forsetti' Village are under my protection for return if any of the members of that village are still active. We thought that this would be in the Forsetti players best interests. Other than Forsetti, nothing has been taken, and although the logs may show I have opened them I beg to say I did not steal from them. Last night I even left a message in a group of players home, warning them that their base was unsafe until they purchased the realm.

So I'm going to bump this with some more information.

iBiS and I looted the town under full knowledge that it had just disbanded. We were not aware that there were any players still active in the town, but on the chance that there was we took it upon ourselves to store all of the items taken in 3 chests. With confirmation from a moderator, 100% of the items are in these chests, bar 9 blocks of endstone taken from a feature building in Forsetti village. These endstone blocks are in my personal enderchest, and if they cannot be recovered I will make sure they are paid for fully.

iBiS and I both realize now that looting this village was a mistake. We were under the impression that it would be justifiable by the fact that we kept the items for the return of any of the players who would claim them. However, it was my personal mistake to not leave any signs indicating this to the towns people, and I have no words to describe how stupid I feel for doing that.

If I am unbanned, we will be able to make ammends with the people of the town, and I will assure that all of the items are returned to their storage facility.

This was a mistake on my behalf, and I sucked iBiS into helping. I apologize profusely and hope that this situation can be resolved quickly.

This just needs some clarification, the staff member neither confirmed or denied the legality of the looting in this instance. I was not specifically told I could not, and therefore I assumed it was ok to go ahead and do it. This was a miswording in my previous post that implied that the staff member said yes.

So it looks like our friend Mitchie has a history of griefing and looting. Given that, I would highly reccomend the mods do not give him another chance so that he can flagrantly break the rules. He is a thief, a liar, and a cheat.

That was two years ago . TWO YEARS Alot can change in two years Mitchie is a great guy. Don't be hating on him when you don't even know him. Apparently all you know is what he was two years ago. And he also kept EVERYTHING from the abandoned town in a chest to keep it safe. He LOVES minerealm and its community, if he didn't why would he build abyssus and a on-going project at sub aurora, AND he comes on almost everyday. Don't cause him for stuff he did years in the past.

Guys, I think bringing that ban into this is pretty harsh. There was also no looting or griefing on that occasion, it was PVP related. Regardless, that was 2 years ago and I believe I have a pretty clean record compared to a lot of veterans. I'm just gonna wait this out and see what happens. I thought this was a relatively simple case, but clearly something is going on.
