My parents paid for it. What do you mean by terms and conditions? I came to have this device as a gift for having 4.0 GPA every quarter since 4th grade. But, I will use it for school.

That's what we needed to know to help you. If your parents got it for entirely on their own, and not as part of a school program, then your school has no say in how you use it, only your parents do. Indeed, were the school to install something on it without your knowledge and agreement, I would personally consider it malware.

Now, I don't know your parents, so I can't say for sure what their intent was, but I CAN say they bought you a KILLER piece of hardware, so you should be grateful and follow any rules (that would be the "terms and conditions" from earlier) they laid down . You MIGHT suggest RESPECTFULLY that you would like to put some games on it during academic breaks, and would uninstall/disable/not use them when school starts. If in doubt, ask them. Good communication solves problems you didn't even know you had.

And yes, if you're on it while actually at school, you need to be following the school's computer use rules.
