1: You could have been banned for a previous offense which staff may have been alerted to.
2: If you aren't already, familiarize yourself with the server rules.
3: Staff never ban without a reason.
4: Post the word "bump" on this thread once a day, and wait for staff to get around to you. They have a lot to do, so be patient.

she was banned for no reason. she didnt loot if she was banned for something than i should be banned considering i went everywhere with her and she did do anything wrong. she didnt swear/grief. or anything

Again, the staff never ban without a reason.
Just wait for them to come and make known what she was banned for before you get yourself all worked up and start complaining.

What meowrocket said on 1. Just wait and don't make any more appeals (tell your boyfriend that). The Staff will post as soon as possible on why you got banned. If they haven't today, just post a reply that says 'bump' so that it stays in the front of the forum. Remember that you can only bump once per day. Once you know how you got banned, I suggest you create a brief reply on why you think you should get unbanned. If you make it detailed and sincere, there is a better chance of your appeal being accepted. Good luck .

Calm down and collect yourself. The staff are quite busy, and you can't expect them to get to your friend immediately and ignore other important needs. Be patient, they WILL come eventually.

This is ridiculous. Next person who says staff font ban without a reason I will punch in the face they didn't have a reason. She was banned for nothing at all. Is making a strip-mine illegal now or something? Is building a house on public land illegal? Is working together to get the credits for a realm illegal? Unless those are illegal than they have no reason to ban her

Demanding results will get you nowhere. The same goes with insulting staff.

Furthermore, there are enough rules that even experienced players sometimes get confused and make mistakes. Just because you were not aware of the rule-breaking, that doesn't mean that it didn't occur. There are many rules.

No Griefing
No Stealing
No throwing snowballs/eggs at an armored person without permission, or to knock someone off a ledge
No harassment
No swearing/inappropriate language
No scamming
No flyhacking/speedhacking
No duping
No buying realms with intention to loot the chests/items in it
No spamming
No trolling
If someone tells you to leave their property, you must leave it immediately
No advertising for other servers in any way
No exploiting/glitching
No x-raying (and yes, they can tell)
No luring players into the nether with promises of items to kill them
No killing animals deliberately enclosed for protection
etc.

You should be grateful to the staff for putting so much time and energy into the server with no benefit. Furthermore, they are under no obligation to unban your girlfriend, and your rudeness is making it exceedingly unlikely. As, not a staff member, but an experienced player who has been banned himself, as well as seen many appeals be accepted and rejected, I would advise you to be more polite to the staff.

Also be aware that they keep logs of all activity on the server, so if you try to lie about anything, even a single word you said, a single block you mined, or a single mob you killed, they will know.
