Kidding, that has been one of the more unique things about gaming in general, the ability to easily borrow games. Something content providers have always tried to snuff out. My understanding though of the Xbox One is that the DRM system might be exploitable. You can share your library with 10 family members, but who says they have to be family? The caveat however is only two people can access that game library at the same time.
If that does not pan out the allowance to be in off-line mode for up to 24-hours is highly exploitable. All one would need to do is configure their router to block internet access to the system except for a narrow time window during the day.
