Sorry if I appear to be posting out of line as I have no personal involvement in this case, but I feel this quote should be addressed.

From this quote, I can establish that you were either a phenomenal idiot at the time or you are lying. You decided to turn on /pvp in the Overworld with Diamond Blocks on you?! That in itself spells out STUPIDITY in capital letters.

And you were trying to get the diamond blocks to a different person? Could you not have /trade'd them? Or if they were not online, walk WITHOUT turning on /pvp?

Personally, I think you were just looking for trouble here.

It also appears you were disrespectful to Legit when he was completely within the rules. So that's two rules you broke for definite. I wouldn't be surprised if Unbound was telling the solid truth here, personally.

In what way was my post pointless? It pointed out an almost inevitable conclusion about the circumstances surrounding the incident. You either allowed yourself to be engaged in pvp, or you allowed yourself to reach death whilst possessing valuables by other means, both of which involve foolish risks. This is not harrassment, Legit was merely informing you that he and TNT were abiding by the rules.

You also never explained how Legit was harassing you, just that he had 'nothing to do with it' when, clearly being in pvp alongside TNT, does mean he has something to do with the situation. I only post in ban appeals when I genuinely believe I have a view that could be of use. This is NOT a personal attack against you. This has NOTHING to do with the fact that I dislike you, I am merely voicing my opinion on the matter, anyone else on this forum would get the same thing from me if they were in your shoes.

So, how's about you think before you start crying because of some imagined grudge. I am already seriously pushing the boundaries with regard to the ban appeal rule, so I will not reply to you any further.
