And sorry to ask but when I return to the server will my /sethome, inventory, and items still be intact or will I have to start from new again?

Everything will be just the way you left it unless you had realms which disbanded, which I doubt.

I doubt it will be at midnight, it's more likely to be when-rokkr-finishes-work or something like this as it's a manual process not an automated one.
