asks a user a question that will defuse the bomb. If they run out of time they get kicked.

grants the user a stack of lapis blocks, but if you try to place them, they get taken away and you are messaged "You are unworthy to use Flan's bloo blocks"
/spork
randomly stabs someone in chat with a spork.
