If people abuse their new kick power then they get it removed.

We could set it up like applying to be an admin, You must meet the requirements. Maybe we can make it so it is not a 18 year requirement but like 14 or 15 year minimum or at least veteran. I like this idea.

What makes a person qualified to kick, but not be full staff W/R/T your proposal? I'm curious about that.

The reason behind it is staff are not available 24/7, helpbot is a bit slow at kicking spammers/advertisers.

This means that when there are no staff on that chat can get swamped by spammers.

The suggestion is for a couple of people decided by intelli of course to have the power to kick, so that when there are no staff on they can kick spammers/advertisers. Even if there are staff on it will ease their work load a little, they can concentrate more on fixing grief/looting. I am sure there are people Intelli would trust to have the power to kick, but maybe not trust enough to make full staff.
