Incorrect. Wrongfully taken items are the ENTIRETY of this ban. It is absurd to think that either their return or reimbursement wouldn't be a condition of an unban, so anyone that was looted absolutely has a say here, assuming that they keep it otherwise civil and constructive. Vesten's comment in particular was in no way disrespectful; he's been wronged, and is absolutely entitled to ask for some answers.

YOU do not have any NEED whatsoever to comment here. I strongly suggest that you either GREATLY alter your attitude, or stay out of this appeal.

U2QU has posted his conditions though, rather than blowing this outta proportion all he has to do is PM U2QU rather than make a big stink about his items. I am not bringing in anything new, I am looking for insight, because this is not a Communist server, or a Dictatorship. I have the freedom to ask, and speak as I please. I can have my own opinions, and try to persuade people just as Vesten is inquiring information that is not very well needed. This information is not very well needed because he is getting his stuff back end of story. So if I get forum banned for not dropping it, it will be wrong because Vesten kept going, even when U2QU said he could have his realm and stuff back, Vesten had to complain.

MineRealm is very much a dictatorship, and if you speak after staff tell you to stop, you can and will be banned. And Vesten very much needed that information. Look at it this way: if someone broke into your house, than returned the items after being threatened with a long sentence, would that make up for the thievery? And if the thief did this multiple times, after being warned by the police, then would returning the stolen items still allow him to avoid incarceration? And say his friend came in and tried to compare it to other cases where someone had found items in a house they had bought and not had a chance to contact the previous owner, then told the victim of the thievery that they had no right to be involved. What would you think of that?

P3eP, it would be very much in everyone's best interest if you would leave this appeal and not get dragged down with U2. Even his, considering that people whose appeals are filled with a friend's flaming usually get rejected.

What I saw from Vesten wasn't complaining. It was questions. That is a dialog, and the ability to hold an articulate, mature dialog in which he faces up to his wrongdoing like a man is likely to be U2's best hope. At this point, you are doing everyone involved, including your friend, a great disservice by attacking this discourse and belittling the involvement of one of the major participants. You need to stop trying to play yourself and U2 as the victims here. You weren't involved. U2 is certainly not a victim, unless one wishes to count him as a victim of his own decisions. Okay guys listen. I dont know how to do all this quote and multiple quote stuff so please bare with me. Now Vesten, you were wondering on Teejay's post with how I said I didnt have the items and then I said I did. Well the truth is I didnt quite know if I would have them or not because im assuming once my ban will possibly be over, thatll be a month and I dont think ill have them after the realms disband. Also the items are in my guild and they will most likely be being used my people. And the reason why I changed my mind is because I've talked to people and thy said they would restore the items for you so you'd be able to get them. I'm sorry for any confusion on your part but I was just trying to maintain things at the best that I could and right now that's the best thing I can for this ban.

Now if anyone else has any additional questions please ask, but can we please stop the violence and arguing and leave this to an actual appeal and not a discussion.

Not at all a needed post, just a complaint. Not to mention that Vesten's cause is perfectly acceptable, considering that he's the victim here, while P3eP is a friend of U2's who's hardly done anything but spout crap.

I wanted to be sick reading his post. Especially when he asserted that Vesten was being disrespectful by asking for HIS items back or merely compensation. Seriously someone who's appealing a ban for the same offense for the 4th time in a row doesnt deserve respect to begin with. ...for me the only thing weighing down U2's appeal is that 'friend' of his. Apart from him and the glaring fact that he's lied about certain factors involving Vesten's property, his apologetic words seem to be in earnest. If nothing else I'll give him that.

Your name even follows the same format as U2QU so just give it up, you were exposed earlier in this thread. You joined the forum within like a day of this ban appeal and 11 out of 12 of your posts have been on this appeal. Anyways, U2QU stole my warehouse and spawn realm, lied about his understanding of the rules (to Rokkrwolf at that), lied about what items of mine he had/has, and seems to just lie about everything.

I'm absolutely crippled on this server because one player sniped my warehouse and raided it. I'm stuck now, if you can't understand the frustration of someone with ALL their stuff being frozen because of some multibanned opportunist, then just shush. I'm not going to negotiate with U2QU on this thread, I'm not going to PM him. He can't login to the server because he is BANNED. He's banned for breaking the rules and abusing the server and the players on it.

EDIT: U2QU, explain how you have "people" when your guild is U2PIA and it has just 7 realms, and you only have 7 realms. Who are these people? Compare my guild (Goobies) to my user ranking, and you'll see there is a realm count discrepancy. Who are your people?
