So why did no one get on frostybirth for completely ripping out all the chests and Hshizzlefreshes build the day he got the realm? Or how about ColdF3ar who took all the chests off Pasnozs spawn realm? Pasnoz logged in a day later.... I don't want to get them in trouble btw, but I don't see why U2 gets in trouble for doing the same thing.

He was just giving an example. Just because you don't like U2, don't deny anything. You still bought the realm with the intention of looting. Not for the "Architectural" values. Looting is looting whether it is right away or in the distant future. That is the whole reason U2 is here appealing. But when someone with a higher rank loots, I guess it jis just fine with everyone, because if the staff banned them, the server would "fall apart" without them.

08 Dont you dare drag me into this. Me and Frosty have a completely different case. I have already spoken with staff about Pasnoz's things because you mentioned he had returned. I have only relocated the chests that were empty and in the way. All of his items are still currently sitting exactly where they were and will be returned to him when we get the chance to speak.

In U2's case, he took everything with the clear intent of looting and never once spoke with staff. At the end of camping he additionally sold that realm back for credits showing his intent. Again, two very separate instances.

Guys please don't argue. I understand what I did, I know it was wrong, and I'm willing to change my whole gameplay to step foot back into the server. I know you guys don't care to here me say that but I hope you guys would just give me one last chance and if I get banned ever again (no matter what it is) just make it a perma because I don't believe anyone that messes up as much as I should receive another chance after this ban. I've told you in previous comments what I'll do (returning every thing I owe the people I looted and harmed) So with that said, please consider even thinking about unbanning me and you won't regret it.

Please leave this up to me and staff to comment.

Sorry frostybirth, and ColdF3ar. I forgot the part where you ask staff, since removing the items to a specific chest is okay if you ask staff and staff says its okay. At least U2QU can see a example of properly buying someone else's realm.

Incorrect. Wrongfully taken items are the ENTIRETY of this ban. It is absurd to think that either their return or reimbursement wouldn't be a condition of an unban, so anyone that was looted absolutely has a say here, assuming that they keep it otherwise civil and constructive. Vesten's comment in particular was in no way disrespectful; he's been wronged, and is absolutely entitled to ask for some answers.

YOU do not have any NEED whatsoever to comment here. I strongly suggest that you either GREATLY alter your attitude, or stay out of this appeal.


Everyone: Please do not bring ANY other cases into this thread. It is extremely likely that there were a number of factors that went into any particular decision, and just as likely that they won't all be explained, which will simply cause more confusion and hub-bub about how terrible everyone thinks it was.
