The "URL" is where (on the internet) the file is located. You will need to use an image/picture sharing web site (I think yahoo still offers free web sites) to upload the file to. Anyone have any suggestions on such a site?

That's the crappy one I made.
To put this:

Into your sig go to the user control panel, click on profile in the sidear.
Now, in the sidebar, click on edit signature.
In the text box put in http://i42.tinypic.com/2ykj8y1.png within this bbcode

And if all goes well you should have the picture in your sig.
