So I finally had time to look over the ban and I will just say I am very disappointed. I'll explain why which will also explain what will happen next but I'm sure you will guess.

Remember when you said we talked and we discussed the whole looting issue aka I gave you one more final warning? Well you can't use that card at all for this ban the reason for that is simple, you didn't follow the rules after being told what they were.

I strictly told you that you cannot buy a realm for the sole purpose of looting. Mind you this was the date that we talked

You then, in my opinion, ignored that warning and are trying to use it to get out of this ban. Well the issue with that is the times BSGSamuel had posted -

Just to post some facts about the times of disbanding and taking of items in Vesten's realms:

The following times are all relative to the time of this post.

- Vesten logged on 880 hours ago before he came back.
- Realms disband after 30 days, that is 30 * 24 = 720 hours
- This means the realms have been disbanded for 880 - 720 = 160 hours (7 days)
- U2QU removed the items 138 hours ago (5,75 days ago)
- 160 - 138 = 22 hours after the realms disbanded U2QU removed the items

I decided to check out when you bought the realm since we talked on the 8th, well the day you bought it was

So you bought a realm with the sole intent of looting 4 days after our talk. Then took the items roughly on the 12-13th which you shouldn't be touching any of the items in the chests incase the player comes on to claim them.

In short/ TDLR; it appears you ignored my warning and continued to loot anyway and at that point if you didn't follow the rules, I honestly can say I don't trust you myself anymore.

Okay, I completely agree with you here. I'm well known on this server for breaking the rules quite a bit with the intent of looting and used to be griefing. I have shown over the past months I've been playing the server that I could get over my griefing problem and I'm more than 100% willing to give up everything I can just to set foot in this server and basically have a fresh start. Ill pay every one back their items that I've ever looted from them and I mean EVERYONE. I've finally looked back and thought of how bad of a person I am for doing those things, and no one in the server deserved their things taken that they worked hard at getting.

And thank you Origami and all the others for showing me that that's very disrespectful of me to do. I know I've been given many chances to stop what I've been doing but I guess before I just took everyone for granted and just didn't respect there personal items.

Rokkr I've sold a quite a few things to you along with a lot of the server. I've never ripped anyone off, I've never scammed, I've never done anything to hurt the server. My ban before this was for the same reason. I know I said I'd stop what I did and I didn't. I thought as long as you waited two weeks and if someone asked for their items back all you had to do was give them back to them and give them the realm for the inconvenience for free. I didn't understand the whole concept.

All I'm really trying to say is (and i'm sure I've said this before but..) If you just gave me one last chance, the server could see the new U2QU and just put the old one in the past for his mistakes. You guys wouldn't understand how much I changed after a final ban. But that's totally up to you staff to find a place in your hearts for one last chance and a totally harm free U2QU to come back in and create the best things and inventions you've ever seen in Minerealm history.

And lastly a special thanks to the people who posted no matter the rule not to, you've really changed my mind about how I play and if you ever see me in the server in future on Minerealm I hope you like my change and respect me again some day.

If you thought you had to wait two weeks, then why did you loot my stuff immediately? And how did you get ahold of by warehouse so quickly after it disbanded? Were you perhaps watching and waiting for it?

7 in favor, and 32 not in favor of accepting an appeal for a duplicitous player on his 4th ban, (3 of which for the same reason) and a proven liar.

Since you've said "Origami, thank you for showing me the error of my ways" I will once again enlighten you as to why you need your perma, and why you shouldn't be upset about it.

Rokkr has gone out of his way to cut you some slack here. I think he sees how much this game (and I suppose to a lesser degree) this server means to you. You two had a conversation which if you were listening closely should have sent up a red flag in your mind saying "Yeah this is probably my last chance to stop being a jerk" and 4 days later you shirk this leniency and do yet again what you've been told countless times not to do.

Your new found remorse is not unsurprising given the almost inevitable tone of Rokkr's post. You are looking down the barrel of a permanent ban and are in my opinion willing to say whatever you have to say to avoid it. You might think in your mind that this is a new you, and you are going to be the perfect player from here on out, but your 2nd appeal smacked of the same exact remorseful, turning over of new leaves, sentiment you are displaying here. Yet here you are, again, and for what almost seems to be an even more extreme circumstance surrounding your ban.

So it plainly seems that not only did you lie to avoid a ban last time and not correct your behavior, but in fact spiraled out of control and almost impossibly, acted worse.

This is what you do, and that's fine, it's just I (and hopefully others) don't think Minerealm is the best place for a player of your proclivities. Maybe you'd be better off on a raid server or something where you can let the inner U2 out with no fear of reprisal. As it stands however, all you've done on Minerealm is harm others wholesale, peppered with periods of self-serving that caused no collateral damage.

Anyway, I'm not trying to argue with anyone here, I just wanted to get this off my chest and that's all.

Origami, I do believe, that you have been in the same thought of mind as U2's first ban appeal. I do believe that you put others down and you have no real reason. He may have done something wrong, but I guarantee so have , but the staff just might not have caught onto your actions, or the logs have been over-run, so they cannot go back as far as your faults. If I were to say so, I would think that you had a personal problem with U2, but seeing as you have not met U2, than that is not the reason. My second thought might be that you have had a grudge against U2 because you are really guilty and have the same conscious as you feel, because as stated before, you have had previous negligence, that you may, or may not have had the problem of dealing with. I know U2 outside of the absurdly full of drama world of Minecraft. He is an honest and hard working person whether you want to believe it or not. You really have been flaming U2 this whole post, I have not seen any positive conversations. You really should have gotten put on "vacation" until the end of U2's ban appeal. You need to grow up and start looking from other peoples standpoints. You might even need to go to church and find forgiveness, love, and even prosperity with yourself before dealing with other people's problems. If not I don't think you will have a thing worth anything, but money possibly, in life if you do not learn to look from others standpoints. Forrest Gump, "Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get." He might be wrong in some cases with this quote, for I see your future. Lonely, and full of bitter resent. I know you will not listen to this, but as my preacher once told me, "If the devil blocks the door, Go through the roof." I see U2 rising to his faults, and correcting them even if you, OrigamiElephant, and other Minerealmtionists stand in his way. I hope the staff have also looked at what I have said, and try this for themselves. Not trying to go on "vacation" again, so from now on, I will only monitor this forum.

Actually to tell you the truth Vesten I didn't wait for your realms at all and never waited for one ever. I came across it while looking at Richard_D's realms because I've always wanted to buy his 4 squared spawn realms, but I just came across them. And I didn't wait two weeks because I thought if you got on I'd just give you everything back anyways. Which I still have all of your stuff so I'll be able to give every last but back and for the hassle I'll give you your realm for free although you already got the money from the server for it.

But I'm not trying to get to off topic but I'm willing to change myself completely around. So I'll be bumping until staff makes their final decision. Hope to see you guys soon!

I did buy it and I did loot it but it was my first time. And that's the thing. It won't happen again. I won't even enter someone's house ever again ... I really am willing to make a change in my profile of this server ... All my past is behind me and I would like to make a fresh start and basically do whatever I can to come back and play with the people of Minerealms ... Ill never disobey the rules again and I hope you can consider my apology ... It actually does help for when there's a next time and if there will be I'll know that I can't do it and every specific. Only if I had one more chance. Just one.
