Just to post some facts about the times of disbanding and taking of items in Vesten's realms:

The following times are all relative to the time of this post.

- Vesten logged on 880 hours ago before he came back.
- Realms disband after 30 days, that is 30 * 24 = 720 hours
- This means the realms have been disbanded for 880 - 720 = 160 hours (7 days)
- U2QU removed the items 138 hours ago (5,75 days ago)
- 160 - 138 = 22 hours after the realms disbanded U2QU removed the items

Actually it was 11/4 for my time zone and that's two weeks as of this date so really I have to give nothing but items back.

Incorrect. Vesten's last seen date until his recent login was 11/4. His realms disbanded on 11/5. You must have bought his realm sometime after that. You should not have touched a thing on it until at least 2 weeks after purchase which would be 25/5 earliest.

I know I'm risking a forum ban here but I think it is important that staff are aware of the timing. It seems you have done pretty much the exact same thing that lead to your last ban. My thoughts on that remain the same.

Okay well one Teejaydub needs a forum ban for posting several times after. Also because BSG already said the fact so why say it again. And yes I understand what I did which is why I am willing to work things out with vesten and basically give everything back, even the realm that I don't have to give. So Vesten if your still reading this forum I'd like to talk to you about this on here so you can post if you like to negotiate the price of the items.

Sorry for posting, but I think the point they are trying to make that you aren't addressing is: your whole appeal has been based on the fact that you were confused about there being a two week rule, when in reality you have been looting and disregarding the two-week rule anyway, so your excuse for looting doesn't hold up. Rokkr said he would consider give you a second chance, probably based on understanding that you might've been confused about the two-week rule; but blatantly looting without even waiting two weeks?

For one I don't think U2 anticipated yet ANOTHER one of his crimes to present itself on this ban appeal. For two, Rokkr, this isn't even about him needing to "brush up on the rules" U2 is never going to change. U2 will change for a few weeks (maybe) and once again he will wander either by chance or by design into someone elses disbanded realms, and upon seeing a trove of items that do not belong to him, (but could) will let his own greed and unhealthy obsession for this game yet again take over.

Why wait for the inevitable. This isn't even about my personal distaste for this person, this is simply a matter of a person, that lies and deceives even staff, seeing as how when asked U2 had "nothing else to discuss" knowing good and well he had Vesten's skeleton in his closet.

The server has spoken, a majority of the voting public has had enough of him, you should respect that.

It is the decision of STAFF to ban/unban player. But our all glorious leader Origami has spoken. Origami note to yourself, whatever you say now reflects on what the STAFF will think of you if you try to run for being a STAFF member. From what I have seen, U2QU has been sincere, and cooperating with the STAFF and what they are posting. Origami I think you need a forum ban, but that is not my decision, because I am not STAFF and unlike you, I realize that and respect that.

Okay first of all votes don't matter at all. I've never seen an instance in which they did unless a moderator or admin posted it. And second of all you think I won't change but you've showed no change in the fact that you were told not to post here. And third of all Rokkr has told me I would be given a last chance and there's no way I'm screwing it up this time. I have so much time and I couldn't even count the times I've spent on this server and forgot about many other things that I was going to do. If anyone else understood what I was saying they wouldn't vote to keep me banned. I have few friends on this server and I know it. I'm just going to have to get over that fact but the amount of bonding time I have here just having fun by myself is just too priceless. I know I'm U2QU and I'm not very trusted but if you ask anyone on the server that I sold anything to, I've never scammed anyone, I've always been true to my word and stuck with it but it's just this one habit of looting that I'm willing to give up for just one last chance. So please understand what I'm trying to say and consider another last chance, I'll be the most trusted on the server and turn my self completely around from what I am now.

You haven't seemed to post anything helpful at all so far. All you've done so far is try to flame with Origami. Obviously, what you're saying is being ignored so just stop trying to flame.

U2QU has directed me to Minerealms and he has helped me get started. He really has been a help to other people including myself, he may have done something wrong, but he has had a forum before on this matter.

Has anyone ever checked P3eP's IP to match against U2? I don't know why but I wouldn't be surprised if it was his alt. P3 joins the forums the day U2 is banned, defends him vociferously, most likely is a realm member of all U2's important realms, and I'd venture a guess has been mining nether quartz non-stop since it was released.

Call me crazy, but a guy as obsessed with MC and Minerealm as U2 is, is bound to have an alt.
