Same here my man. I had three spawn realms, two in the 3rd ring and one in the fourth, all touching in an L shape.

50k for one
1 rc for another
12k for the last one

Sold all 3 for around 650k.... Good profit ey

I too find it weird that these outer rings have gotten so pricey. I remember selling the spawn realm, the actual spawn realm, to Intelli for I think like 300k.

With all due respect, this purchase was made under the conditions that you would recreate a historic build on the land provided. Since you gave up on this project, you built a different creation instead.
