well first I'd like to thank you for your time to review my appeal. I saw the chest and the sign that said I could take the stuff. I dont know if it was by the owner or not but I am sorry and thought it would be fine to take the stuff. And the first time i got banned was for griefing not looting. I also took the signs.

You were rolled back so it couldn't be the same area as there is no logs of any signs being removed there.

I rolled back everything in the area that you did, so the items in the chests and any blocks. There were no signs at any of the chests stating you can take the items, hence my issue with your story.

So I am curious before I make a final verdict, have you looted other places?

Everything that you've done in a certain area is completely reversed. Anything you've taken, broke, or placed in that area is reversed back to its original state. Sometimes, everything you've touched on the server is rolled back, which makes anything you've done, completely pointless.

Ok look, I will unban you, but you need to read the rules over. You literally shouldn't touch anything that doesn't belong to you. Even if there is a sign stating it is free, you should always consult with staff, because the owner probably didn't place the signs and it just gets you in trouble.

With that said you are unbanned and if you are caught looting again expect a permaban.
