That seems probable but looking at the area you touched nothing but the rails and blocks under the rails. And it wasn't like you removed the rails to get to ores because it was stone underneath.

I know that it seems as if did it on purpose, but i didn't. I think that i deserved to be banned from your's, and everybody elses' perspective. But I was just caving because I got bored and happened to run into them and not notice. I don't know how I didn't notice them but i didn't. I'm sorry for all the trouble that has been caused by my idiotic mistake.
