Just my opinion.
I think that we should unban him when 3.0 hits, because he keeps asking to be unbanned after months of being told no, and then see how it goes. If he does something bad, all the new features will allow us to easily identify and remedy his actions. Then we can ban him, and, for good measure, ban his forum account to help preserve our sanity.

A ban is not a suspension. You don't come back from it, unless you can successfully submit an appeal, which you have failed to do. Your reasoning is "I have been banned for long enough, I should be unbanned." That is not how it works. You called ME a cunt. You pay the consequences.

I know bans are not suspencians but i truly feel that i should be let on. I have done so much to get myself unbanned. I know i did some stupid stuff and i wish i can take it back. It was just a stupid mistake. I should have been less childish and not have listen to some people daring me to do stuff. I was stupid. Ok smartypants but it feels like a year to me. I have been exploring other servers and i dont like it because they dont have realms and a good community. Overall i think have earned it because i have done so mich and i have also been thinking about it a lot.

First off, insulting people inside your appeal does nothing of benefit for you.
Second, "Someone told me to" is a poor excuse in any situation, and seems worse that owning up to a mistake.
Third, as stated by the admins, just because someone else received an unban does not entitle you to one.

That's my two cents worth of this appeal. Note these are only my observations as I remain neutral on the final decision.

What was the reason for his ban? Is swearing at a mod all that he did? I don't know, but to me that seems like a pretty small offense. He's been begging for months.
