So when I joined the server, I had read the rules. Except for the no griefing, no hacks, etc. is a bit hidden. When players spawn, they are not facing toward those rules. Also many players, such as myself, didn't know that no griefing covered many areas such as no raiding, etc. A lot of players follow the red wool to the help place. I was thinking there should be a color of wool that leads to the rules where players can clearly see the rules so they don't accidently skip over the rules in spawn. I believe it's behide the player when they first join, or teleport to spawn. It'd be nice to have a room dedicated to rules to clearly see them for the people like me that read rules when they first join the game. Possibly put "follow blue wool for rules." Also, when putting 'no griefing,' I believe that should at least be specific for the noobs who don't know the areas it covers.

It's a good idea, it would be useful if rules were more obvious to new players, anything that encourages them to read all or more of the rules, i support.

There's actually a blank sign next to the no griefing sign that I believe used to include no looting, raiding, etc. Maybe if that got fixed..

Well, it's still behide the player. Most don't turn around and read those signs, so if it was more direct that'd be awesome.

I once suggested that player be locked into spawn city before reading the rules. It was accepted, then necrorejected.

There was a small discussion on the server about it. It was said that forcing players to read the rules was.. wrong. But those who do want to legitly play and such, they should have the rules more noticable. Those who don't want to read or follow the rules.. Well, they can go get banned.

Like I said, people have a problem with being forced to read the rules. Even if someone did force them to read the rules, they choose to acknowledge it.

No. Either take the time to read the rules or break them and get banned IMO. If you're not going to take the time and read them, you're not going to care about them wether you're forced to read them or not. Same thing will happen either way.
