I don't think it would be

There is an armour Enchantment Protection Factor (EPF) cap that is worked out by the game. I understand that 2 pieces of Prot IV comes close to maxing it out for protection against general damage, and 2 pieces of Fire Prot IV likewise comes close to maxing out protection against fire damage. So two pieces of each comes close to maxing protection for both of the most common types of damage in the Nether.

That being said - if somebody wants to bid conditional on the armour being 4x Prot IV Unb III, I'm happy to supply that
