I would like to set aside a personal congratulation as well seeing as red is a fellow guild member and more importantly a great friend.
I really am impressed as to how well red handles being the only leader of Arcane, an extremely active and kind player, and now, a member of the staff team. Having guild rights is one task that I have experienced, but treating the brotherhood how red does shows that red already had people to look after before taking this job.
I fear that this may be too much for you redkiller, but I know if anybody could handle the pressure it would be you. I feel as if I am constantly looking up to you as a buddy and leader, and now that you have an extra serving on your metaphorical plate I will try to return the favor. That's why I'm going to be helping out at the Arcane gates for a while before returning to my own project. I'm glad for all the help you have given me, all the laughs we have shared, and all the experiences we have had together not just because we are in the same brotherhood, but more so because you are willing to aid me in any adventure I take.
Now, I am willing to aid you in any adventure you chose, and seeing as your chosen path as a staff member has been taken, I will help be more responsible as a player and a friend. I think that every one of us should treat red with the respect that he treats us, and that we should recognize the true leadership he has as more than just a tag but as a characteristic of this wonderful player.
