Tonight on the server vv had just left and someone came on the server and started passing the swear filter (sweetlove101) and someone got their diamonds stipend and house grifed if I was admin I could have banned the swearer and helped the person who got grifed

In instances like that, take pictures and upload them to the Ban section of the forums under the title [Ban Request]: (Insertnamehere).

To be fair with you though, the OP of this thread actually made some attempt to follow the correct format (besides thread name). As such she is automatically closer to being admin than the lot of those applicants combined. Only the 3rd thread in your list had anything good about it, which was again structure.
