We need staff more widespread across the time-zones, the majority of the staff are on the East coast of america I believe. When I come on in the morning (I'm in the UK) there is almost never staff on and doesn't tend to be any on until the afternoon or evening (my time).
There is no need for more than 1 or 2 staff members in the same timezone . I do not expect for a staff member to be available 24/7 that's not the point of this suggestion but we do need staff more spread out throughout the day. Most staff being american are on around the same time leaving the rest of the day generally without staff.
So my suggestion in a nutshell is, we need more staff in more areas across the world to increase the chances of staff being on as we have players from areas all over the world.
As well as this before my recent reduction in play time, I noticed that a lot of the current staff are becoming less active. I used to play 10 hours a day most days so I saw a lot of the staff coming and going, I only regularly saw VV and Torn. So another concern of mine is, have the staff lost interest in the server or even minecraft and moved on.
I imagine that this will be rejected, but I feel this is a necessary change.
