Okay guys its been 20 or so days and even on my third ban you guys kept me banned for 14 which is two weeks but I mean im not sticking up for anyone but it is kinda getting a little ridiculous.

Your point? For one you were banned for griefing multiple times, he's be banned for xraying which is more severe. Hacks are and will always = more severe. Not to mention he lied to me at first and claimed he did nothing then eventually admitted to the xraying, which as I stated almost every time someone xray's they have fly, which I also stated I watched him fly several times myself. Then he went on to say well it was someone else, but again he was just unbanned not to long ago for similar situation and guess what he was forced to change his password and uncheck his remember password box. So that really is no excuse he already knew better yet someone "knew" his password I doubt it.

Apparently you want me to answer his appeal and with that said, G0LD_D1GG3R I have no choice but to keep you banned/permabanned. Your story to me just doesn't add up, your account was on and off most of that day which kept giving off the notifications like I said for flying, so I know without a doubt the account was regardless. I'm sure if I look back further I will find more but not going to bother, you lied to me claiming not knowing if you used hacks yet you admit to xraying later on. I apologize for taking so long but I was thinking it over, not to mention you probably wouldn't be unbanned anytime soon either way.

This guy has EVIDENCE that you both lied to him initially about not using hacks, and has EVIDENCE that you were flying and has EVIDENCE that your story does not click in whatsoever.

You have shown absolutely no evidence that you are either sorry or innocent.
