I watched you dig not only directly into walls but directly down. Aka you dug directly to diamonds on several occasions, you can fight it all you want but I will just show the evidence which will make it look worse on your case.

First make your own appeal. Second it wouldn't matter it's still against the rules, your friend probably lied to you but regardless griefing/looting = a ban I don't care who the person is.
