If like to say something, I don't really like posting on ban appeals much because it is the staffs job and not others because this ban has already been addressed enough but just about 4 days ago I was kicked for flying and all I was doing was holding shift while building walls to my city and it kicked me because it was lagging a lot. I believe this may have happened to him aswell. I don't have any mods and he has agreed to x-raying but he could have got the same message while he was building also and then the second time after he got kicked it might have banned him. Just saying he may have been unaware of flying at which he was just lagging. Just my opinion, not looking for a reply.

I am not trying to dig a hole. What U2QU said would help, but I was at a basketball game I was on for like 30 seconds so I didn't accidentally trip the filter. I will await the staffs decision and will not comment otherwise.

A very valid reasoning, U2; however, in this case, Gold was not auto-banned by the server; he was manually banned by Rokkr, after receiving A NUMBER of notices that something unusual was occurring with Gold's gameplay over an extended period of time.

He also couldn't have accidentally tripped it because he "got home 30 seconds" before Rokkr banned him.

I have four things to say.

One: How do you know it was 30 seconds and not any shorter or longer hmm? Seems totally legit that you know exactly when you are banned.

Two: If you think you shouldn't ban appeal then why are you still going? You said you don't trust this server, but yet you continue to try and get unbanned. What are you motives? They don't seem any positive actions by what I have just witnessed.

Third: How can we trust you? You are telling us indirectly this phrase, "I am lying and I was hacking" You say you didn't do it, but then who could possibly pick YOUR account (even though I have seen it before)
Who could possibly be that interested with YOUR account. If you are lying just give up the shirade cause problems don't fix problems.

Four: You have been banned for almost a month and we still don't trust you. If you have anything that is TRUE AND NOT HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS please state it because things aren't looking the best for you in your future.

My vote remains undetermined because it is easy to tell a lie, but hard to catch it in action. I don't care what happened to you Irl, that is not our buisness as well as staff's consideration. You are responsible for your account's actions. Rokkr won't care for what someone irl did with your account so continuing to talk about what goes on irl right before your banning won't solve anything and makes us more suspicious.

We'll according to my senses I have said no such thing. Nor have I lead anyone to conclude I am saying this. If I said I "hacked" which is mods or extras not hacks. But back to what I was saying before, if I said I "hacked" with both occasions, than that would be a lie. And furthermore, I was giving 30 seconds as an approximate time and you should of three that together, or atleast I woul think some one as "smart" and "genius" with the wisdom, would have put two and two together and get four, not 20.
