I have decided to torture you bronies. I stumbled across a MLP fic that you shouldn't read unless you have a strong stomach, and don't mind torture and cannibalism.

Now that I've inflicted my severe mental disturbance upon you, I'd like to ask, did anyone notice that the book that Luna has at the end of The Crystal Empire Part II is the same book that Twilight reads the spell out of in Magical Mystery Cure? My brother artraf noticed and mentioned it to me this morning.

SO! If Luna had a book that supposedly contained a spell that turns unicorns into alicorn princess, AND, she already IS an alicorn princess...
Then what was she tryin to accomplish? Was she still trying to prove herself HIGHER than Celestia???
Or do you want to accept the lame excuse that she was the temporary holder of the book, because I like my previous explanation better. :\

I think I missed my point: is there a higher form than ALICORN???

I would say that the book was kept on stand by to see if they could find a student who could attempt to finish this amazing spell that even starswirl couldn't complete.
So I dont think luna was the keeper, but may have encouraged celestia to give here the book to help prove that twilight may be ready to ascend to a higher power. Personaly, and if there is an explanation please link me, I want to see how cadence became an alicorn. Or maybe she was born that way. However we have to wait til winter to see if they explain any further in season 4, til then, we can all share our views

Edit: I believe we finally have done it! If im correct we have now become the most posted on topic! (As far as i know)
