Im trying to figure this out but I am not quite sure why I got banned except i begged once not knowing that was not allowed on the server.
If there was another reason for me being banned could you possibly tell me what I did wrong if that was not it? Also after looking further into this can I possibly be repealed?

Nice making your own appeal, and before you join again make sure you read the rules. I believe they're stickied on the front page of the forums.

As far as begging goes, it's annoying and impolite to most players, especially staff. I suggest you make your own way instead of asking for everything, and being a legit server no items are even spawned and we don't give free things away to new players.

The only thing that comes to mind is when I was begging for credits that one time not knowing the extent of the rules but there is a possibility that it was my siblings because this is a shared account between me and my younger brother and younger sisters.

yes it is true that many people say this to avoid trouble but after confrontation my 10 year old brother told me what he has done while on the server

Guessing you better talk to him again seeing as you were banned initially for looting a players home. Awhile after I was called to the nether and your account griefed a lot of the nether rail as well.

yes my brother foretold me of his actions
he said he took redstone torches on the rail but that was all on that rail

It has been a very long time since I have last asked for forgiveness for my brothers actions. I have made sure he will not go back onto this server and will not be able to grief. So with your permission can I be unbanned from the server.
