Just for the record, it had indeed already been decided and his unban date had actually passed. He was just waiting to be unbanned. Of course, it is your right not to take bids from a banned player, even if they are set to be unbanned. Just wanted to point out that first part though.

when I get on next I have been banned recently for xraying

If I get back on luckily this is only my second offense and my first was when my brother logged when i was on vacation and greifed so I realized it was a dumb mistake and i have definately learned from it.
