I think that was just a player offset problem in the picture which is very common. I have this at least once a week, where I look like Im flying 1 block off the ground. I have seen this problem with many others too. This offset problem however does not explain how he was banned, so it is possible that it was hacks.

Well the main issue is he was setting off the alerts on many different occasions and I've seen players with horrible connections and they don't set them off so still doesn't make any sense even if it appears to be offset.

Well the way to tell is if there was an offset problem he would still be bobbing up and down 1 block over the water as f e were swimming. F he wasn't doing this than he was most likely hacking. However Im not even sure this is why he was banned.

You remember that spot in the picture...
You remember the people there....
You remember that you were doing stuff around there...
But you don't remember your hacking while you were there?
You had bad connection, but bad connection does not cause several "Incorrect movement" alarms to go off...

Seems like a complete lie to me.

Should this appeal/request be accepted?
