For one as I said I got home from basketball and I was logged on and I thought that maybe I had left it on. And side note cube just don't post on here please because I do not want this to turn into the bible like U2QU's ban appeal. So if you have an opinion than just put it in discussions. And that was not a rude statement just figured I'd clear that up before dawn when the fog settles.(the fog being a bunch of stupid statements added to a ban appeal)

And another side note why would I want to get banned after just getting unbanned? Because now if I do get unbanned I will have to wait another day or two for a decision then a week or two of probation in my mind that would not be worth it.

In your first post, you asked if you were banned for looting a dungeon chest... Rokkr said you xrayed straight to a chest, and now you say you weren't playing... how would you have known you looted a chest then?

Rokkr said that you had xrayed to several chests. You said you were only on for about 30 seconds. Then he said he got about ten notifications if suspicious activity. Now do the math here: 30 seconds / 10 notifications = 3 seconds per notification.

Do you see how unlikely that sounds?

It's not possible. He then showed a time stamp of your login and logout, which was almost two hours long.

(About) 30 seconds = (precisely) 4556 seconds?
There seems to be a problem with this logic.

Now think about this: Are we going to believe you when you say you were only on for 30 seconds or are we going to believe the logs that have showed your exact movements up to the time you were banned?

I will say right now honesty is the best option you will ever have, and you should take advantage of it before it's too late. Don't work hard to lie your way out of a ban (not accusing you); work smartly to win your way out. And right now, the smartest choice is honesty.

If I really thought I should be banned than I would fess up to it, but as I had said I was not on until a couple seconds before the ban. I did use X-ray and I am sorry, but the other times he is speaking of I was not on. I am not the only one in my house. But as I said if it is the admins will to ban me, so be it. I am not going to say I did something I did not. And I agree with the honesty thing completely I was raised to be honest I got beat if I lied. I can relate to what you are saying, but if I were to fess up to something I did not do would that not be lying because I did not? I would be lying to get unbanned by saying I am so sorry for my actions, that were not mine to begin with. And I am aware that he said I was logged on for two hours but I can give you a full out promise that this will not happen again. But if you do ban me I will not rage, or say anything rude but only walk away and say thank you for the time that you gave me on this server.

And as I told you before when we unbanned you, YOU are responsible for you account. You changed the password and yet someone was on your account again "Supposedly." I just don't see why you went through all that kicking and screaming before in the emails and then end up back here again for almost the same thing.

I do not know how whoever got on my account did, but they did but as I have said a couple of times if you feel that you should keep me banned so be it. But I am sorry for the inconvenience and if you decide to let me back it will be promised not to happen I can get a screen video of me wiping minecraft and changing password once again.
