We thought you would change after the issue with your ban request was settled.
We felt assured that you had changed with that one topic you made.

You told us you would change.

Then you got banned for what we thought you wouldn't do...

I got banned for looting. The realm was inactive because of a recent disban and I decided I wanted to purchase it. I don't know the rules on that and you never stated it. You guys wanted me to not buy realms because of someone building on it. I didn't. I bought it because that player was inactive for more than 30 days. So really I didn't break any rules but I know that staff told me I have to wait 2 weeks or so to let the person claim the chests and now I know that.

Vortex, and anyone else mad at him for buying the Vortex Arena. Dont bring it up against him, because a ban request was already made for him. If the ban request would have gone through he would have gave up the realm anyways. If you read over the ban request it is clear he didn't understand what he was doing was wrong. He really never had a lesson in the first place...

Oh, really?
OrigamiElephant wrote:This sets a bad precedent. U2 is under the assumption that what he did is completely in the right, when in reality all Dils or Roach would have had to do was push the issue and U2 would have been banned straight up.

We aren't required to hold private ownership of land to maintain our builds. Vortex is active on the server, and by all rights that entire area belongs to their guild whether they own it or not, just by the fact that they've built numerous things upon it.

It sounds like U2 has made a habit of buying things people might want back, then extorting them for money later on. I still would say whoever owns those items the arena is made out of, and what is in the chests, should demand them back to essentially put U2 in his place, so he understands he can't just buy peoples things and call them his.

Aelcalan wrote:Origami is pretty much correct; you may not simply buy up structures without consequence, particularly when someone else has a solid claim on them. Were dils to press the issue, you would be forced to either sell the realm at cost, or be banned (after an investigation, of course). Now, that's not to say that you can't ever buy anything you didn't build, but you should probably check with staff. Also, when disputes arise, we generally decide in favour of whoever BUILT something, unless they sold it.

This means that if dilsif asks for the items on the realm before 2 weeks is up you must give them to him.
Listen to sneaker, give up while you're ahead you you won't end up wrecked in the future.

I guess we should have made ourselves clearer...

Well if you thought he was doing wrong you should have pressed the issue, then he would have given up the realm and probly learned his lesson. Perma/Bans for this are not needed.

It was never my realm. It was Dil's and Roach's at one point; hence, I did not nor could not press charges.

I know. Dil should have pressed it. U2QU I recommend returning the land, because it seems to be another reason to keep you banned.

You don't have a clue as of why I want him perma-banned.

No. I will not return it. It is not the reason why I am banned and the person who put up the ban request "dil" already said I was good because me and him worked everything out and I am opening the arena to anyone. Plus if cockroach didnt want it to be tooken or bought then why did he put it up for public land? Answer that question. And I bought it ONCE AGAIN for the architectual value. I did nothing to it but change the name. Therefore none of this is on me for buying the realm. I am 100% in the clear. I didnt buy it to loot because one I never wanted it intentionally for the chests which there were none of or else it would be a ban. I understand that. Any public realm available I can buy and the potential builder of it gave me consent to keep it. Its a done deal stop complaining and get over it.
