Well than what am I suppose to say to get to get you guys to believe me?

We aren't required to hold private ownership of land to maintain our builds. Vortex is active on the server, and by all rights that entire area belongs to their guild whether they own it or not, just by the fact that they've built numerous things upon it.
It sounds like U2 has made a habit of buying things people might want back, then extorting them for money later on. I still would say whoever owns those items the arena is made out of, and what is in the chests, should demand them back to essentially put U2 in his place, so he understands he can't just buy peoples things and call them his.

Aelcalan wrote:Origami is pretty much correct; you may not simply buy up structures without consequence, particularly when someone else has a solid claim on them. Were dils to press the issue, you would be forced to either sell the realm at cost, or be banned (after an investigation, of course). Now, that's not to say that you can't ever buy anything you didn't build, but you should probably check with staff. Also, when disputes arise, we generally decide in favour of whoever BUILT something, unless they sold it.

This means that if dilsif asks for the items on the realm before 2 weeks is up you must give them to him.
Listen to sneaker, give up while you're ahead you you won't end up wrecked in the future.

I guess we should have made ourselves clearer...

monkeychunks wrote:Vortex, and anyone else mad at him for buying the Vortex Arena. Dont bring it up against him, because a ban request was already made for him. If the ban request would have gone through he would have gave up the realm anyways. If you read over the ban request it is clear he didn't understand what he was doing was wrong. He really never had a lesson in the first place...You don't have a clue as of why I want him perma-banned.
