the only mods that are allowed are:shaddowcraft optifine, shader, and maybe convient inventory.unquote I dont know why it is not allowed, maybe because you can set waypoints all I know of is that it is not allowed and it is bannable
I read on a ban appeal that those mods where the only mods allowed

2) As far as I know you're allowed Optifine and Convenient Inventory.
